BGP Litigation investment expert Vladimir Rusakov speaks with Company magazine about possible reasons why Kubinka airport was acquired from Suleiman Kerimov's Nafta Moscow by structures affiliated with Sudarikov's Region group

"In the context of a consolidated Moscow air hub, creating a full-service or business-oriented airport on the basis of Kubinka would require very significant capital investment", says Vladimir Rusakov, an investment expert at BGP Litigation. "The airport's most appealing feature in terms of investment is the potential to subsequently sell it to the co-organizer of the MAKS International Aviation and Space Show, OJSC Aviasalon, or structures affiliated with it", he notes”.
