Managing partner Alexey Nechaev speaks with Kompaniya magazine on the prospects of settlement of the dispute surrounding Ulmart

"If the partners fail to reach a compromise and neither of parties quits the project, then Ulmart will probably end up under bankruptcy supervision, which the parties might try to use in their own interests", said Alexey Nechaev, managing partner at BGP Litigation.
